Dr. Mohamed Idries Nur Fadlalla holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Rural Development from Gezira University (1993), a Master’s in Development Economics (1994), and a PhD in Rural Development (2003).  

With a distinguished academic career, Dr. Fadlalla started as a Teaching Assistant at Gezira University in 1994, advancing through roles to Associate Professor by 2006 at Red Sea University. His leadership experience includes founding and leading the Rural Development Departments at Bakht Alruda University (2000) and Red Sea University (2003). 

An accomplished entrepreneur, Dr. Fadlalla founded the Excellence Center for Training and Research in 2005 and currently serves as Executive Director. He also established Eshrag for Integrated Solutions in 2021, and in 2024, launched the Excellence Center for Rural Development Consultancy Services in Rwanda, where he serves as CEO.
