Dr. Raja Mohamed Kheir is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in rural development. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Rural Development from Gezira University (1999), an M.Sc. in Rural Development from Red Sea University (2007), and a PhD in Rural Development from the same institution (2013).
Dr. Kheir began her career at Red Sea University in 1999 as Head of the Department of Rural Development. She later served as a Teaching Assistant (2003), Lecturer (2007), and was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2013. Her academic leadership and expertise have contributed significantly to the development of the rural development field in Sudan.
